Help us build a stronger, more streamlined volunteer onboarding process!

This working session will bring together people interested in both the people side and the systems side of onboarding. We'll review our current volunteer interest and availability data, discuss how we want to connect with and support new volunteers, identify gaps in our current process, and determine what tools, tracking, and automation would help us do this more effectively.

We're looking for:

• People who enjoy connecting with others and want to help shape the volunteer welcome/onboarding experience.
• People who like organizing information, improving workflows, and creating systems.
• People with experience (or interest) in tools like Google Sheets, NationBuilder, Basecamp, or automation.

You don't need to be a "tech person" to participate! The outreach and relationship-building perspective is essential to creating systems that actually support volunteers. Together, we'll identify what information we need to capture, what follow-up should look like, and what tools can help make the process sustainable as we grow.
