The front lines of Better Ballot NC, this team attends a variety of events across the state, educates the general public about Ranked Choice Voting, and helps grow our base of support.

Onboarding team

This team is the "welcome committee" for new supporters and volunteers who are helped to find productive homes on Better Ballot NC teams that best match their skills and interests.

 Communications team

This team helps promote and control Better Ballot NC's public messaging across multiple platforms and mediums including email, social media, training, outreach, and our website. 

 Art & Creative team

This team ensures Better Ballot NC's image is consistent and effective via the creation of flyers, videos, merch, and training as well as graphics for our website and social media.

 Fundraising team

This team maintains the financial backbone of Better Ballot NC by continually identifying and securing sustained streams of revenue to fund our many daily efforts.

 Data & Technology team

This team supports other Better Ballot NC teams by logging volunteer and supporter information/interests, analyzing our momentum, and measuring our growth toward our goals.
