Join us for a special Better Ballot NC Volunteer Connect, Learn & Get Involved meeting for volunteers in the Charlotte area and beyond!

On Wednesday, September 23rd, we’ll gather on Zoom to welcome new volunteers, reconnect with folks who have been involved in the past, and talk about what we can build together in the Charlotte area.

Whether you’re brand new to Better Ballot NC, returning after some time away, or simply looking for a way to get more involved, you’re welcome here!

What can you expect?

  • A brief overview of Ranked Choice Voting and Better Ballot NC

  • A chance to meet other volunteers and reconnect with people you may already know

  • An opportunity to share your interests, skills, availability, and ideas

  • A conversation about what you’d like to see happening in the Charlotte area, and how we can create a hub that works for the people who are part of it

  • Exploring opportunities for supporter outreach, RCV education, donor outreach, legislative outreach, and community events

  • Discussing the possibility of regular monthly meetings and other ways to stay connected

  • Identifying the key roles and support needed to create a sustainable, growing hub

This is not about having everything figured out ahead of time. We want to hear from you and build from there. Your ideas, experience, connections, and willingness to participate can all help shape what the Charlotte-area hub becomes.
