We will be setting up the booth Friday afternoon, October 2. Click here to sign-up to help!

We are looking for volunteers from Wilmington or the eastern North Carolina vicinity to help man the table during the festival. The specific tasks/needs are outlined below.

Friday Oct 2 (2 hours in the late afternoon, exact time TBD):

1-2 volunteers to help unload tabling gear and assist in the table/tent set-up.

Saturday Oct 3 (10am - 6pm) and Sunday Oct 4 (10am - 5pm), 2-hour "sign-up slots":

Clipboarding volunteers - interact with the general public to educate them about what ranked choice voting is, how it works to improve the power of our vote, and invite people to sign-up to show their support and/or volunteer. We are looking for one leader and at least one volunteer clipboarder for each 2-hour time slot. 

If you have never clip-boarded before, no worries! Each sign-up slot will have a leader who is experienced and give you ample time to observe and learn before jumping in.

Sunday Oct 4 (5pm-6pm):

1-2 volunteers to help tear-down the gear and pack up.
